Email us

Write to [email protected] for help, a bug, a reading that looks wrong, or an idea. In the app, open the panel → ⋯ → Report a problem… (Quotchi 0.7.6 and later). It opens an email with diagnostics already filled in: app, macOS and tool versions and each tool’s connection state, with no accounts, paths or credentials. Read it, edit anything you like, then send. To paste them somewhere else, use Settings → Privacy → Copy diagnostics. On 0.7.5 and earlier, Settings → Updates → Need a hand? opens a pre-addressed email.

Before writing, the troubleshooting page and the setup check in Settings → AI tools solve most connection issues in a minute.

What to include

• The diagnostics from Report a problem… or Copy diagnostics cover your versions and connection states. Without them: your Quotchi version (Settings → Updates) and macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac).
• Which tool, and its version and connection message (Settings → AI tools → the tool → Connection details).
• What the setup check says, and what you expected to see instead.
• A screenshot of the panel or Settings helps a lot. Crop out anything private.

What to leave out

Please never send prompts, chat transcripts, project code, API keys, tokens, passwords or your license file. We’ll never ask for them. Email opens your own mail app, so you always choose what to send.

• Lost license file: email us with your purchase email and receipt reference, and we’ll help restore access.
• Refunds: within seven days of purchase. Include your purchase email and receipt reference. Refund details.
• Privacy questions: same address. See the privacy guide first.
• Press & creators: say hi at the same address for screenshots, a short bio or a Pro license for review.
