The Mac app

Quotchi reads supported provider usage windows and reset times through the provider’s existing connection. Usage checks can contact that provider. The provider keeps its credentials; Quotchi does not ask you to paste or share them.

Current snapshots stay on your Mac. Quota history, work-block markers, Stats observations and experimental pace validation are optional local records. Stats reads existing token/model summaries when you open Stats or choose Refresh after opting in. No background token sampling or app analytics are uploaded.

Optional macOS widgets receive only visible tools and reported quota windows. They do not receive credentials, prompts or history. Exported CSVs and share cards are created only when you choose. The native Share menu lets you select a destination; Quotchi does not post automatically.

Your data controls stay Free

Removing a Pro license pauses paid collection and companion behavior. Existing records and settings are retained. You can export or delete retained quota readings without Pro, delete saved Stats observations directly in Settings → Privacy even with Stats off, turn off local Stats, clear snapshots and disable widget sharing. A license import does not automatically start new collection.

This website

We use Seline to understand visits to our public website: page views, referring websites, campaign parameters, approximate country, and browser, device and operating-system categories. Seline runs in its default cookie-free mode. We do not create visitor profiles or send names, email addresses, app usage, token counts, model summaries or prompts to Seline. The purchase confirmation page is excluded from this tracking. See Seline’s privacy policy for its processing and retention details.

The website has no signup form, advertising pixels or session recording. Your browser contacts our host to load the page and check public Pro availability. When checkout is available, a secure first-party session cookie protects checkout requests; it is separate from Seline analytics.

Download and checkout actions send you to the configured release and payment destinations. Review the payment provider’s privacy information at checkout.

Local license verification

A signed Pro license file is verified on your Mac. No account or background activation request is required. Payment processing is separate from local license verification. The signed lifetime license records its two-Mac allowance; it contains no customer email or payment details. License and refund information.
